How to work with these sites

  1. Deploy only from this repo. A manifest site: pages.py stage <project> <dir>, then run the wrangler command it prints. A project site: npm run deploy in its folder.
  2. After a deploy, add it to deployments in sites.json (id, time, source commit), then run pages.py index.
  3. Every site keeps search engines out with an X-Robots-Tag: noindex header. These sites have no gate, so nothing confidential goes on them.
  4. Only public-after-anon real data goes on a site without a gate (REAL-DATA.md).
  5. A link for one review round gets a random suffix and the link-only branch. Once the round is over, retire it: delete the Cloudflare project, set the status to retired and keep the folder.

Grades

  • Areproducible 210 of 221 deployed files are repo files unchanged; the other 11 (landing, screenshots) are in files/. stage rebuilds ce0922f3 byte for byte.
  • Acurrent Deployed from the newest commit of the homepage branch, the same day.
  • Cprotected Public link with no gate. ce0922f3 sent no robots header and only the landing had a noindex tag; _headers fixes that. 13 real P07 screens stay on the board by decision of 2 Oct 2026, although REAL-DATA.md says P07 still identifies the client.
  • Bcontent Copy approved, design a functional draft by intent. Logo strip uses placeholder marks until permission for real logos. Footer and CTA links to free-trial, imprint, privacy and trust are not deployed and land on the landing page.
